Recipe by Sara Matthews | @sarabynatureskitchen
Sara Matthews serves up a spicy cauliflower dish – perfect for a home fakeaway and as a side to the buttered mushroom curry recipe that Sara shared with us earlier this month, along with her Saag Aloo.
Serves Four-Six
INGREDIENTS
1tbsp of turmeric
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
METHOD
Line a baking dish with parchment and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the washed cauliflower onto a prepared baking tray. It’s best if it’s just been washed and a little wet so the spices stick to it.
Sprinkle your spices over the cauliflower florets. With your hands or a spoon toss and stir the florets to coat in the spices.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot as vegetable accompaniment to your main meal or as a party nibble with dips.
