Mango Sorbet 1

Mango Sorbet


4 Mangoes, diced
170g Honey

120ml water

Cut mangoes into ½-inch (1.3cm) cubes and put on baking sheet. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth.

Remove from food processor and scoop into a loaf tin.

Freeze for one additional hour.
