INGREDIENTS
1tbsp of plum jam
1tbsp of honey
1tbsp of soy sauce
1tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1tsp of tomato ketchup

1tsp of grated fresh ginger
a squeeze of lemon juice
a pinch of chilli powder
