2 large handfuls grated cheese
Preheat the grill to a medium setting. Once hot, place two slices of bread under the grill until golden on one side. Remove from the grill and set aside. In a bowl, combine the grated cheese and horseradish sauce. Top the bread with the cheese mixture on the side which has not been grilled. Place back under the grill for 5-10 mins or until golden brown and bubbling.
