Serves Three – Four
5tbsps of honey
5tbsps of soy sauce
¼tbsp of ground black pepper
1. In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
2. Paint a thin layer of the mixture onto your whole duck, duck legs or duck breasts before cooking.
2. Cook the meat on the BBQ, basting with more marinade towards the end of cooking.
