INGREDIENTS
Elderflower cordial
Sparkling water

Method
Make up a jug of strong elderflower cordial with sparkling spring water. It should taste stronger than you would drink it as the cold numbs the taste buds so subtle flavours get lost. Place blueberries into the lolly moulds, cover with cordial, add lolly sticks and freeze
