INGREDIENTS
1oz Jack Daniel’s
1oz Chambord
¼oz raspberry syrup
½oz Lemon juice
¼oz egg white
fill with lemonade
1oz Chambord
¼oz raspberry syrup
½oz Lemon juice

1 Frozen Raspberry
Serves 1
Method
Add all the ingredients except the lemonade to a shaker and ‘dry shake’ (without ice) until the egg white has frothed up. Pour into a Collins glass filled with cubed ice, top with lemonade and garnish.
