Milk Punch

150ml of whole milk
150ml of double cream
1 vanilla pod, scraped
100ml of good quality Bourbon
30g of icing sugar
1tsp of vanilla extract

Serves 4

Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl until sugar dissolves and vanilla seeds are evenly distributed.
Refrigerate until required. Best served ice cold
