Handful of fresh or frozen blackberries
1 measure of fresh lemon juice
optional creme de mure (Blackberry liquor)
chilled soda water Garnish: Fresh mint
Gently muddle the blackberries with the Norfolk Gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial in a glass with 3-4 pieces of ice.
Top up with chilled soda water.
Drizzle with creme de mure.
Garnish with mint.
