Chimichurri Sauce 1

Chimichurri Sauce

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS

4 cloves garlic
1tsp of dried oregano or ½ cup of fresh
½ cup of fresh parsley
1 small red chilli

½ small red onion
6-8 green olives
3tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1tbsp of lemon juice

Method
Blend everything in a food processor until finely minced but not puree or a paste.

If you have not got a food processor, chop everything very finely and stir through vinegar and lemon juice.

Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse and combine.
