20ml of fresh lime juice
10ml of simple syrup
Pomegranate and hibiscus soda
Muddle the basil leaves with the lime juice in a small Boston tin, add the gin and syrup. Shake hard! Fine strain over ice and top with the pomegranate and hibiscus soda.
Place a sprig of basil next to the straw of choice (our choice of straws is Stroodle Straws as they are made out of pasta)
