The East Anglian Game and Country Fair

Here are some of the recipes that the featured chefs will be producing live on stage at the annual East Anglian Game and Country Fair. It is being held at the beautiful Euston Estate, neat Bury St Edmunds, on April 27 and 28, 2019. Feast Norfolk magazine is proud to be a media partner with the show’s Country Kitchen, a live cookery theatre extravaganza, hosted by Feast Norfolk columnist Andy Newman. It will feature chefs from around the region, including Roger Hickman from Norwich and Scott Dougal from Wells Crabhouse, plus Q&A sessions with leading producers from the region.

Expect plenty of dishes made with local ingredients and a few culinary tips thrown in, too – and plenty of laughs! Be sure to come and join us.
