At Staithe Smokehouse, love is in the air this lockdown Valentine’s Day. Owner Phil Hartshorne is offering a special Valentine’s Day pack which consists of delicious smoked salmon, Exmoor caviar, a caviar spoon, Nortons Dairy soft cheese, blinis and four fabulous smoked scallops. Each is £47, with last orders on February 2. He is also offering gorgeous sides of smoked salmon, smoked crevettes and prawns, homemade smoked salmon mousse and Brancaster oysters and mussels for you to create your own amazing platters!
All the seafood is available for free delivery throughout Norfolk or via click and collect at the coastal shop.
Goodies Food Hall
Enjoy a Valentine’s feast at home with a sumptuous three-course celebration dinner for two devised and prepared by Goodies’ head chef, Darren Reilly, using the finest quality ingredients from Goodies Food Hall. This restaurant quality dine-at-home menu is the perfect Valentine’s treat and will provide a little bit of luxury during lockdown. Priced at £70, the menu is available for collection or delivery (for a small extra charge) on February 12, 13 or 14 and can be ordered on 01379 676880 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All dishes come with cooking instructions and please ask for allergens. The feast starts with a seafood platter, moves on to Beef Wellington and concludes with a marbled raspberry and Toblerone cheesecake served with two surprising sauces. Choose yourself a bottle of wine from the food hall to add in, too!

Three friends, Jack, Max and Josh, run The Thornham Oyster Co and are dedicated to preserving these hidden treasures of the North Norfolk coast. They offer a range of hampers, including one with an Adnams Black Shore Stout which goes superbly with fresh local oysters.

They are available for delivery on February 13 and is part of Charlie’s Cheese on Wheels service – which is all about getting more cheese out to us all!
