Where are you based?
We are based in Norwich, but have many catering sites across East Anglia including Redwell Brewery in Trowse, Caldecott Hall, near Great Yarmouth, and Brooms Boats and Marine Services in Brundall to name but a few.
Where did you train?
I trained at City College, Norwich and achieved NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Professional Cookery and then later studied a Hospitality Management degree through the UEA.
How did you get started?
The business began as Devour Food; an educational led commercial catering company in partnership with City College Norwich, around seven years ago. We offered students the chance to earn and learn while utilising the college facilities when not being used for teaching. We then expanded and rebranded into the Ginger Lily business.
