25ml of Black Shuck gin
50ml of mango and passionfruit juice
Cherry Pearls (optional)
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
Pour into a Martini glass
Put a teaspoon of Cherry Pearls so they settle in the bottom creating layered colours of red, pink, yellow, and white
