Sunday Market Holt
October 3 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 10:00 am on day First of the month, repeating until December 5, 2021
Holt continues to positively adapt itself with the launch of a Sunday Market on 6 June. Following a difficult year, where customer behaviour has certainly shifted towards spending and shopping online, and where many high streets will be nervously looking at what the future holds, Holt bucks the trend and reports the lowest number of available empty shops, a buoyant outlook and potentially the best line up of independents it has had in many years. The market will enhance Holt’s core offer bringing in more local independents, providing visitors and residents of the town an opportunity to spend time together in a great environment.
What it is?
Over 40 stalls – makers, hand-made crafts, artisan food & drink, street food, all produced locally by talented Norfolk folk. There are two free stalls allocated to community/charity organisations each week. There are also communal tables and chairs to allow people to meet and spend time in a socially distanced, outdoor environment, a Vinyl DJ and acoustic buskers, all set over the centre of the historic town of Holt with roads closed giving priority to people as opposed to cars.
When is it?
Every first Sunday until the 5th December. The market is open 10am – 4pm.
