Hodson and Co is a gorgeous new Cheese Room with Deli in Aylsham, run by Norfolk chef, Charlie Hodson.
It sells more than 40 different cheeses plus a wide selection of local produce, from producers such as the Tea Lady, Nelson and Norfolk Tea, Give it Some Beans coffee and much more.
Once a month, Charlie is running a private dining club for just two people, eating a specially designed five course meal, with accompanying wines from TFW, a North Norfolk-based independent wine merchant, in the deli.
The date for this exclusive dinner a deux is one Wednesday evening in January, 2021 – which the winner and Charlie can decide together. The winner will also help design the menu.
