Meet the husband and wife team, Tom and Hannah Moonie, behind a new Norwich business, Let’s Graze!
Who are you and what do you do?
We are husband and wife,Tom and Hannah Moonie, and we run Let’s Graze!, a small independent business based in Norwich. We share a passion for good quality produce, and endeavour to feature the best of Norfolk food and drink. We provide stunning and colourful grazing tables and platters, sourced from the finest suppliers in the area. The concept was inspired by our experience of living in Melbourne, Australia, for three years, where grazing tables are hugely popular.
Our Classic Graze Platters and Grazing Tables are filled with beautiful cured meats from Marsh Pig, local cheeses from The Cheeseman at Norwich Market, fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, artisan breads, crackers, olives, chutneys and preserves from Norfolk Garden Preserves. We also offer a children’s grazing platter and we can customise what we produce to cater for specific likes and dislikes.
What did you do before?
Tom: With more than 20 years’ experience in the food industry as an Executive Chef, my career has also included time in several Michelin starred kitchens.
Hannah: With a background working for a global hair and beauty brand, I head up customer service and the social media side of the business.
Where are you based?
We are based in Norwich and we work around the county.
Tell us a little bit about what you offer
We offer beautifully styled grazing platters and grazing tables, boasting the best of local and seasonal produce. They can be either delivered to your door for say a birthday treat, or we cater – when allowed – for outside events.
Have you seen a shift towards a more plant-based diet?
Yes, definitely, and we often cater for vegan and vegetarian clients
Any future plans you can share with us?
With most of 2020 being under national restrictions, the delivery platters have been the main focus of the business. We are now looking forward to welcoming bookings for larger events again, such as weddings and corporate gatherings.
How green is your business?
We endeavour to use eco-friendly products where possible when we are creating our grazing displays and boards.
How has Proudly Norfolk been able to help you?
Proudly Norfolk has been a great support from the beginning, and provided us with this amazing opportunity to feature within Feast, which we are super excited about.
