Norwich stylist Tamsyn Morgans is looking forward to eating outside
Spring is such a wonderful motivation to spritz and spring clean, not only our homes but our health and habits. Especially after what will forever be known as the long lockdown winter of 2020/21! Take advantage of the extra daylight hours to clear out those cupboards, throw those wilting veg which have been languishing at the back of the fridge onto the compost, and replace comfort food with fresh and zesty salads, curries and stews to nourish the soul.
Whilst we are still a long way away from eating alfresco, you can also start thinking about your outside space, so that when the time comes to eat in the open air, it’s a beautiful place to sit and dine. Even a simple trestle table with some rustic linen and simple tableware in earthy textures can make you feel like lunch or dinner is an event to be taken slowly and savoured.
