Popping Passionfruit Martini

INGREDIENTS

25ml of passionfruit purée
50ml of apple juice
50ml of vodka
25ml of passionfruit liqueur
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of popping candy
½ tbsp of sugar syrup

Serves 1

METHOD
1. Fill your martini glass with ice
2. Add the passion fruit purée or juice
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms on the outside of the shaker
4. Discard the ice from the martini glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass
5. To decorate, dip the top of your martini glass in lime cordial and then in popping candy
6. Garnish with either half a passionfruit or an edible flower
